Unintimidatable. It may not be in the dictionary, but it describes the character needed in the next generation of Christian leaders: young men who are so confidant of who they are in Christ that they cannot be intimidated. They cannot be intimidated spiritually because they have a hunger and passion for God that results in absolute commitment and dedication to seeing his purposes fulfilled in their generation. They cannot be intimidated intellectually because they have the mind of Christ and are prepared to out-think the greatest philosophers of the world by operating with a revelation of the truth incarnate. They cannot be intimidated physically because they understand that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and have disciplined themselves to honor him in their physical bodies as well. They cannot be intimidated emotionally because they have submitted their emotions and desires to the rule of the Holy Spirit and the word of God, and they are led by their spirits not their souls. These young men will impact the world. They will call their generation to fulfill its God-ordained destiny. This is the vision of Leadership Expedition.

Leadership Expedition is designed to discover a special group of young men and invest in them the resources they will need to make an impact for the Kingdom of God in their generation. The men we are looking for have heard the call of God on their lives. The have answered it and counted the costs, and they are committed to doing what it takes to fulfill their God-ordained destiny by leading their generation to a greater realization of the Kingdom of God. Leadership Expedition seeks to impart to them a vision for the future, to equip them with the necessary tools for leadership, and connect them with others who share their passion.
